This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which Zephyrian Max provides refunds for workshop registrations, course enrollments, and related services purchased through our platform. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Workshop and Course Registrations
Standard Refund Eligibility
Refund requests for workshop registrations and course enrollments must be submitted according to the following timeline:
- Full Refund: Requests made more than 14 days before the workshop or course start date will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
- Partial Refund: Requests made between 7 and 14 days before the start date will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No Refund: Requests made less than 7 days before the start date, or after the workshop or course has commenced, are not eligible for refunds.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable under all circumstances:
- Processing fees and administrative charges
- Downloaded digital materials and resources
- Completed workshop sessions or modules
- Promotional or discounted registrations marked as final sale
- Gift certificates and promotional credits
Subscription Services
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscription fees may be eligible for a prorated refund if cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of the subscription period and you have not accessed more than 25% of the available content or services. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Zephyrian Max
In the event that Zephyrian Max cancels a workshop, course, or service for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient enrollment or instructor availability, participants will receive:
- A full refund of all fees paid, or
- The option to transfer registration to an alternative workshop or course of equal value
Zephyrian Max is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel expenses, accommodation, or other related expenses.
Refund Request Process
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit a written refund request to contact@zephyrianmax.com
- Include your full name, order number, and date of purchase
- Provide a brief explanation for your refund request
- Submit the request within the applicable timeframe outlined in this policy
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of request approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Special Circumstances
Medical or Emergency Situations
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend a workshop or complete a course due to a documented medical emergency or other extenuating circumstances, please contact us immediately. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer:
- A transfer to a future workshop or course session
- Account credit for future purchases
- A partial or full refund at our discretion
Documentation may be required to substantiate your claim.
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing purchased content or services, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or credit. Technical issues must be reported within 48 hours of occurrence.
Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have concerns about a charge or believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with Zephyrian Max may result in:
- Suspension or termination of your account
- Restriction from future purchases
- Legal action to recover costs associated with the chargeback process
Modifications and Transfers
Workshop Transfer Policy
If you are unable to attend a registered workshop, you may request to transfer your registration to another scheduled session, subject to availability. Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before your original workshop date. One free transfer is permitted per registration; subsequent transfers may incur an administrative fee.
Non-Transferable Registrations
Workshop and course registrations are personal and non-transferable to other individuals unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
Digital Products and Materials
Digital products, including downloadable resources, templates, and recorded content, are final sale and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. We encourage you to review all product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Changes to This Policy
Zephyrian Max reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
